Liberty Anesthesia was founded by Richard O'Leary, MD in 2017.
Dr. O'Leary is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine. He also completed his anesthesia residency at UCSD. He has been in practice in the Bay Area since 1996.

Dr. O'Leary will perform a thorough evaluation prior to your procedure. You and he will have the opportunity to discuss the plan for your peri-operative care.
